IOTA:WORMS Letters on OR/MS User Interfaces

There are strong evidence that OR/MS has a serious "public relation" problem with regard to its user interfaces.

We now welcome contributions (articles, anecdotes, jokes, etc) on dealing with any aspect of this painful matter.

If you are not aware of the situation, you should read the first two (very) old articles listed below. The first describe the motivation behind this enterprise, and the second is related to the establishment of ISPCI : the International Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Indices..
